  • 1.  What happen if i paid exam fee but no available slots whole June 2023

    Hi all,

    I did pay for Jun Window today but when I go to prometric, there is no slot available from today to 30 Jun 2023. 

    What should I do? Can IMA create more slots in Jun2023? I did email to Email but not yet responded.

    IMA will reply to your email. You can transfer the exam fee to the next testing window if there is no slot available. The transfer fee is $75. It cannot be waived.

    Or you can check the slot availability every day to see if any slot is available. Some people may reschedule or cancel so there may be some slots available. But those will be gone quickly.

    Hello, 

    You can email icmaexams@.... If you are within 30 days of purchasing, the team should be able to switch you to the Sept/Oct exam window.
