    Dear IMA Team,

    I am following up regarding my urgent request to extend the validity of my redeem code. I am planning to schedule my CMA exam for the October window in Bangalore, but there is currently few slot left. If I miss this slot, I would have to travel to another city (Chennai/Trivandrum), which would be very difficult for me.

    Unfortunately, I was not aware of the redeem code deadline because I only received the code via WhatsApp while my phone was under repair, and I did not receive it by email.

    I kindly request your assistance in extending the validity of my redeem code until tomorrow so I can complete my registration and apply the 30% discount (which is important to me due to financial constraints).

    Thank you very much for your immediate attention and support. I would be very grateful if this could be resolved today.
