  • 1.  Unable to Schedule CMA Part 2 Exam on Prometric – Authorization Number Not Recognized

    Hi everyone! 


    I just want to ask if anyone here experienced the same issue with Prometric scheduling. I'm trying to schedule my CMA USA Part 2 exam, and I already received my Authorization to Test via email. However, when I enter my eligibility/authorization number on the Prometric website, it keeps showing this error: "Error – The identification number entered was not recognized. Please try again." I double-checked the authorization number and it's correct, but I still can't proceed with scheduling. Has anyone encountered this before? How did you fix it? Did you contact IMA or Prometric directly?


    Any help or advice would really be appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi,

    I faced a similar issue while scheduling both part 1 and Part 2. This is a backend issue and will resolve automatically in 3-4 days.

    Try another time with Prometric website, if not 

    contact Prometric customer service directly

    i have the same problem previously and after checking the authorization number its not entered correctly

    Hie , 

    I also go  through with the same problem . And i also did  a same mistake what you do i think so  if i correct  . We accurately  check the authorisation  number only and  not focus on the  " last name of first four words " and it is not 'first name of last four words '. Just gothrough with above solution . I think that is the issue not the authorisation no. In a panic  we don't focus on last  name and we think that was the first name
