My IMA Customer ID is 000010739687. While booking the slot for the CMA Part 1 exam, I had already redeemed the token for discount as I am a student. I have cleared my CMA Part 1. Now I am planning to write the Part 2 exam but while booking the slot for the same, the token still available to me is for the Part 1 exam. I have mailed IMA several times requesting them to make the Token for Part 2 exam available to me but I have not received any response yet. I really want to write the exam in the Jan-Feb window.
What should I do next?
