I am a B.Com Hons student at Delhi University and a US CMA student at your institute
(IMA ID: 000011105213). I am writing to respectfully request a resolution regarding a significant financial loss I have incurred.
During my registration in May-June 2025, I was directed by my counsellor, Chetan contact no. (92055 77904), and the support team Vardhaman who guided during registration to register under the Professional Category. As a student, I should have been enrolled under the Student Category. This misdirection has resulted in a substantial overpayment of approximately $650 (₹55,000).
As I am personally managing my own education expenses and tuition fees, this loss is a major burden. I have attached all necessary proof, including my IMA receipt, VGLD fee receipt, and DU statement of marks, for your review.
I kindly request:
- A refund or financial compensation for the fee difference caused by this misguidance.
- Immediate assistance in rectifying this error with the IMA.
