    To whom it may concern, 

    This mail is regarding IMA exam registration process. I am Anjana Jayapal (000010855144) IMA student member since  27/12/2023. Presently, I am trying to appear for may-june 2024 CMA-USA part two exam. I know that there is a reduction in the exam fee considering the student membership. But while trying to register for the exam, it is showing the unavailability of tokens. Without the tokens, I am unable to avail the reduction in the fees. 

    Please let me know how can I resolve this issue.
