I imagine that whatever is popular in the area is what will be used, so I would recommend calling the testing center ahead of time and asking them directly.  I don't know if it is possible, but you may be able to request hardware that is geared towards the language that you are accustomed to.

I took the test on Monday (in Vienna) and thankfully it was a standard QWERTY keyboard. I was actually quite lucky that it was the exact same model as that of my PC!
