    One improvement that's had a surprisingly big impact for our team is something that isn't very glamorous: keeping our shared files organized and documenting our processes.

    We made it a priority that anyone on the team, not just the person who created a file, could quickly find what they needed. The same goes for process documentation, so work doesn't depend on one person's memory or availability.

    It has made onboarding easier, improved collaboration, and helped leadership get the information they need without unnecessary back-and-forth. It's one of those small changes that quietly makes the whole team more effective.

    One small improvement our team did was to start labelling every task as 'urgent', 'moderate' 'not urgent' so that the person on the receiving end can prioritize everything accordingly. That has really helped with balancing work and also managing expectatations
