Hello,
My IMA is not showing my First name therefore, i couldn't book my next exam on Prometric as it shows "No First Name". I contacted Prometric and they told me the issue is from IMA.
I have been trying to contact the IMA for the past 4 days now. I emailed them 3 times and tried calling them more than 10 times on their US and UAE phone number during their working hours and no reply !!
The slots for June 24 window are running out and I still didn't get any response from IMA.
Does anyone have a direct phone number or email in IMA ?
