Hello emerging leaders! I hope it has been a good start to September for you and you are starting to feel in the grove of getting through the Emerging Leader Badge Program materials.
I know everyone's available time and pacing will vary, but in case helpful to help ensure you get through the entire program within one year to earn your badge, we've tried to divide up the curriculum over the remainder of the year. Certainly, you can go faster if you prefer.
We hope you already covered Communication, and the next leadership competency we recommend tackling is Collaboration, Teamwork, and Relationship Management. Please complete the course, Teaming to Achieve, prior to our next 3rd Thursday discussion on September 21st.
