I am writing to report an issue with the upgraded ICMAI website/portal. After the recent upgrade, I am unable to view certain details that were previously available in my account.

Specifically, the following information is currently not appearing:

• Details of my examination-related purchase transaction
• My scheduled examination date
• Other related examination information associated with the exam I have already scheduled. I have already completed the exam scheduling process

Since IMA recently launched the new myIMA platform, the old historical data has been loading into the new system. You can expect to see all of the information there by the end of the week.
