  • 1.  My authorization number is not working, it is not recognized. How do I solve the problem?

    Any help on how to solve this problem?
     I paid the exam fees and the IMA sent me the authorization number, but when I enter the authorization number, it is not recognized. I tried to contact the IMA, but there is no response. How do I solve the problem so that I can book my exam appointment?

    Try typing it out and dont leave any spaces or copy it exactly as the letter and ensure you haven't left any spaces.

    Can you help me I copied the number but it is not recognized what do you think is the problem

    I have the same issue as well. I tried to book today but the Prometric does not recognised the Authorization number provided by IMA. 

    Is yours solved already?

    Hi Charan,

    I'm currently facing the exact same issue while trying to schedule my CMA exam via Prometric - the system keeps saying that the identification number is not recognized, even though I've entered the correct authorization number from IMA.

    May I ask if you were able to resolve the issue? If yes, could you kindly share how you fixed it?
