Hi All,

I am unable to renew my membership. When I select the renewal option, it redirects me to a new page where I cannot find the renewal option anymore.

Could someone please assist me or let me know what the exact issue might be?

Hi Noufal.  I had a similar experience when my membership was due to expire last month.  The web site kept sending me to another page where I wasn't logged in anymore.   I ended up mailing a check which they didn't process for three weeks.

Hi all,

Just to add my experience: I logged in using Chrome on a new iMac. In my Dashboard, I clicked on "Profile," and a box came up saying "It's time to renew." I followed the prompts and all seemed fine until I got to the page to enter my credit card number. Then everything on the computer froze up. I couldn't do anything but turn the computer off. When I brought it back up, I tried again using Firefox. This time, everything went smoothly and I was able to get my membership renewed. So if you have trouble with one browser, try another one.

You may try the follow steps: 

1. Log in to your Dashboard.
2. Click My Orders​ in the left-hand menu.
3. Locate the relevant order and proceed to pay the annual fee.
