CMA Study Group

Hi,

My membership is currently in the grace period, and I am trying to renew it. However, when I attempt to proceed, the system shows that "you already have access", and shows "Resume Learning", and the portal keeps on loading. But in my account it is showing status as "GRACE"  unable to find any payment option or renewal link. This is preventing me from completing my membership renewal. 

As I am actively preparing for the CMA program, timely renewal is very important for me to maintain my eligibility and access.

I am facing the exact same issue. Same - "You already have access to this" message, same "Resume Learning", and inability to reach the payment page. 

IMA India has verbally confirmed the problem is on IMA's side, likely related to their ongoing website migration, and that  other members are facing the same issue.

I would recommend writing to both IMA India (imaindia@...) and IMA US (ima@...), documenting what you have tried. If you have an exam coming up, mention the date clearly - it creates urgency they cannot ignore.
