I've always felt that my career in finance motivates me to volunteer for opportunities related to the profession. Every experience broadens my perspective, deepens my knowledge, and helps me see familiar challenges from new angles. It also allows me to build meaningful connections with professionals who share the same passion for finance and continuous learning.

Volunteering isn't just about giving back-it's also about growing, learning, and becoming a better finance professional every step of the way.

Yes volunteering definitely helps you not only expand your network but also acquire new skills depending on the role you volunteer for.

I also think signing up for volunteering is as important as actually delivering results. While we may not be paid for it, we still take up a responsibility knowingly, and devoting some time to it is expected out of us.

Yes, I completely agree with you. Volunteering helps us gain experience not just in related domains, but in other fields we might not have explored yet. I also think it's a good way to experiment and figure out where our real interests lie, without having to commit to something fully.
