  • 1.  Just purchased the CMA enrollment and registration

    I just purchased the CMA enrollment and registration today and did not get a confirmation email. Is that normal? I don't know what the next step is to register for the CMA exam.

    I called the IMA 1-800 number and got a voice mail and left a message and no one called back. I sent another message through the website and no one responded to that either. When I look at my purchase history I do see the purchases however. 

    Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do?
