  • 1.  Issues with IMA Online Learning / CPE

    Is anyone else having issues accessing the CPE courses from the IMA store. I was able to purchase the Becker package. However when I attempt to launch any of the classes, I receive an error message. Not sure if it is just me, or a wider site issue. Starting to get worried because the end of the year is coming and I am not able to take my classes.

    Hi Ryan - just wanted to say I'm running into the same issue and can't access any of the courses.  Really hoping that this can get sorted out soon so I can use the service to complete this year's CPE requirements.  Not sure if there's anyone we can reach out to either at IMA or Becker.

    I attached a copy of the error code that I got for one of the courses, hopefully someone sees this and can help troubleshoot.

    Dear all,

    I'm running into same issue, that when I subscribed to the IMA Membership I expected to get CMA revision course or review books. But, until I can't find any useful materials other than the simulation of the CMA test.
    Can someone guide to the revision course.

    LinkedIn learning has video classes that offer CPE credits. Sometimes you can get a free trial for LinkedIn Learning. Search for NASBA and all the classes giving credit will appear.  Great selection of classes that might match closely with your current or future role. Good luck!

    To see which classes offer CPE credit, once signed in to LinkedIn Learning, I see a search bar at the top, asking me what would I like to learn today. I type NASBA into the search bar and enter. Then go to All Filters and scroll down to Continuing Education Units and select NASBA and Show Results. When I do this, it says there are 787 results. When you select the class, scroll down in the text to see how many CPE can be earned. You have to watch the video, answer the questions and then at the end, on the left, scroll down to Take Exam. You have to score certain percentage to get credit. Once you are done with and passed the exam, you can download a certificate. Then you have to manually add the transcript within the IMA portal (name of course, credits, date).  It's easy to add the transcript. Hope that helps.

    I'm having the same issue with Becker Select purchased through IMA.  I was given access to IMA's new website which is still under construction and was told that I should be able to access through this new website.  It's been a month since I contacted IMA and I still cannot access the courses and they've stopped responding to my emails (imalms@...).  Does anyone have a resolution on this yet?
