I am Yashaswini.P, writing to inform you that I am facing an issue while trying to schedule my CMA exam appointment. When I enter my authorization number on the scheduling portal, I receive the following error message:

"Error - The identification number entered was not recognized. Please try again."

I kindly request you to look into this issue and assist me in resolving it at the earliest, as I have already booked/planned my exam.
