My IMA membership expired last year, and I'm now trying to renew it. Unfortunately, whenever I proceed to Checkout, I get the error message:
"We couldn't authorize your account."
I've been trying for the last 3 days, but I'm still facing the same issue.
Has anyone experienced this issue recently? If you have found a solution, please share how you resolved it.
