IMA Global Awards recognize members who go above and beyond

Our strong community of peers is what helps IMA stand apart as a membership organization. That's why every year we pause to bestow our IMA Global Awards, which celebrate the accomplishments of selfless, experienced, and distinguished volunteer leaders who have contributed to IMA and the accounting and finance profession.

Now through May 8, 2026, we invite you to nominate your peers for one or more of the following awards:

• IMA Champion Award: Provides volunteer service "above and beyond the call of duty"
• IMA Exemplary Global Board Member Award: Serves as an example for all IMA Global Board members to follow. (Note: Open only to Global Board members and not IMA chapter board members)
• IMA Exemplary Young Professional Award: Displays an "outstanding and creative approach to problem-solving"
• IMA R. Lee Brummet Exemplary Educator Award: An IMA volunteer academic member who has distinguished themselves in the management accounting and finance profession
• IMA Major J. Lee Nicholson Lifetime Achievement Award: Shows extraordinary leadership and dedication to IMA over a lifetime of service

Due to the esteemed nature of these awards, IMA will not accept self-nominations.

What better way to honor those who've made a difference than by nominating them for an IMA Global Award!
