    Hi All,

    I have 15+ years of experience in fund accounting for Hedge funds and recently completed CMA. Now i am looking for a job that can impart me knowledge to become a CFO. I am not sure whom to approach and how to find a right job . I am currently working as an AVP with an MNC. Will my current experience be useful to find a job or should I enter the industry again as a fresher, these are my confusion.
