As you may know, IMA is in the process of transitioning to a new learning platform. During this time, here are some answers to the most common questions:
Where can I find my CPE transcript?
During this transition, your CPE transcript is temporarily located in two places:
In our NEW learning platform (imaglobal.org):
- All CPE from IMA learning courses
- Any third-party CPE certificates you've uploaded
At imanet.org ('old' system):
- Chapter CPE
- Webinar and event CPE
Over the next few months, we'll migrate all CPE into one centralized system. Until then, you can view your complete transcript by checking both locations. Don't worry, IMA is proactively monitoring both sources when reviewing CMA compliance with annual CPE requirements.
How do I navigate to my transcript on IMAglobal.org?
Step 1: Click "Sign In" in the top right corner, and sign into the platform using your IMA credentials.
Step 2: Click "My Account" in the top right corner. Depending on your device, this may also appear as a small profile icon:
Step 3: Expand the "My Account" option, then click "View Transcript"
Where is my chapter CPE showing up?
Your CPE earned through your chapter is currently available in our existing system at imanet.org.
We're in the process of migrating all CPE data to our new, centralized learning platform. Chapter and event CPE will be migrated in the coming months. Until then, please continue to log in at imanet.org to view these credits.
Rest assured, IMA is tracking all your CPE from both systems for CMA compliance purposes.
I can't find my webinar/event CPE in the new platform. Where did it go?
Your webinar and event CPE is safe! It's currently housed in our existing system at imanet.org.
As part of our technology upgrade, we're migrating CPE data in phases. We've already moved IMA course CPE to the new platform, and chapter/event CPE will be migrated next. During this transition, you can access your webinar and event credits by logging in at imanet.org.
IMA is monitoring both locations to ensure all your CPE counts toward your CMA compliance requirements.
Will my CPE from both systems count toward my CMA requirements?
Absolutely! IMA will proactively consider CPE from both sources when monitoring your CMA compliance with annual CPE rules.
You don't need to worry about combining or reconciling records yourself-we're tracking everything to ensure nothing is missed during this transition period.

We're currently upgrading our technology to create a better, more streamlined experience for you!
As part of this transformation, we're migrating all CPE and transcript data into a new centralized system. We've completed the migration of IMA course CPE and added the ability to upload third-party certificates. Chapter and event CPE will be migrated in the coming months.

When will all my CPE be in one place?
