    Please pay USD 460 by logging on IMA account and then you will receive confirmation email with authorization letter. Then go to Prometric web site for booking slot. Prometric will require you to give authorization number etc then you can book slot

    Although I was not ready to perform my exam , I got 270 but essay doesn't  open.

    The essay portion will not open when you do not statistically have a chance to pass that part even earning 100% on the essay portion. Your goal going forward should be getting a better understanding of the concept as well as practice answering multiple choice questions.
