Hi,

After paying fees and trying to schedule the exam in Prometric Centre using the Authorization number , I am getting the below error.
Can somebody help here please ?

Hi,

Same thing happened with me, you have to sent email to the IMA representative in your country and s/he will help you to activate your identification number.

I had the same issue . I called the Promettic center and they were able to fix it for me and i was able to register .
