    Programme Management Leader

    Peter has over 25 years of experience managing complex change projects and programmes across the UK and Ireland, including more than 14 years in management consulting with PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, and Microsoft Consulting.

    He is a Past President of the Project Management Institute Ireland Chapter and served as a board member for over 10 years. Peter is also an Adjunct Teaching Fellow at Trinity College Business School and was appointed by PMI in 2026 as one of its 14 Global AI Champions.
