    My name is Charan M,

    From past few day I'm facing issue in prometric website in part of Eligibility information. 

    Error it showing like, "Errors-the identification number entered is not recognised.please try again".

    While scheduling the date for the Cma usa part 2 exam. I already paid fees for both membership and part 2 exam in ima website, I got authorisation number in my mail also but I couldn't able to schedule the exam date. And even authorisation number is also correct.
     
    Then I entered First four characters of last name in that I'm facing issue. If anyone knows how to solve this issue please let me know.

    Hi Charan,

    I'm currently facing the exact same issue while trying to schedule my CMA exam via Prometric - the system keeps saying that the identification number is not recognized, even though I've entered the correct authorization number from IMA.

    May I ask if you were able to resolve the issue? If yes, could you kindly share how you fixed it?
