I'm currently facing the exact same issue while trying to schedule my CMA exam via Prometric - the system keeps saying that the identification number is not recognized, even though I've entered the correct authorization number from IMA.
May I ask if you were able to resolve the issue? If yes, could you kindly share how you fixed it?
