    My Company has multiple ERGs and the employees really appreciate them and enjoy attending the events. Some examples are Women impact network, NextGeneration, PRIDE, Disabilities amongst others.

    Hi Tala

    ERGs are employee led groups at the workplace - similar to how we have Shared Interest Groups. Each ERG usually has a leadership sponsor who represents their interests at the senior leadership level.
