Issues with Applying Discount Coupons for US CMA Exam in January-February Window
Hello Everyone,
I have two discount tokens for the US CMA exam, both showing an expiration date of June 2027. However, when I attempt to apply them, they seem valid only for the September-October testing window. Since I plan to take the exam during the January-February window, I would appreciate guidance on how I can apply these coupons for that period instead.
Please find attached herewith the following documents to assist with reviewing my case:
- Discount tokens as they appear on my profile
- A screenshot of Token 1 showing validity for the September-October window
- A screenshot of Token 2 showing validity for the September-October window
I have already emailed IMA about this issue with my US CMA discount tokens, but I haven't received a response yet. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
