AI is showing up in more of our day to day work, but culture still comes down to people. Tools can help us move faster, but they don't replace trust, teamwork, or the way people feel when they work together. The teams that do well with AI will be the ones that use it thoughtfully without losing the human side of work.

How is AI changing the culture in your workplace?

The add-on to the pace is definitely moving the culture. It leads to expectations for faster work; however, if trust needs to be created in the work done, it still takes effort and time to verify the work done via faster AI supported tools. Carrying that realization and establishing timelines accordingly is a learning curve.

Apart from that, I shared a report by Deloitte that looks at human capital trends of 2026 which addresses this question exactly of how culture is being reshaped across the world. You can access it in the "Library" part of this forum. I found the report to be an interesting read.
