CPE247 has a package at a reasonable price and has relevant and helpful courses.  It's approved by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).

Another source for continuing education is CPA Academy (cpaacademy.org) which features a variety of topics and speakers, all NASBA approved. Most of the content is free. You don't have to be CPA to subscribe.

There are many continuing education providers that you can find through a simple Google search. Make sure you look for the course attributes that match your preferences. Options generally include live webinars with a presenter on Zoom that track participation, on demand recorded courses with a quiz, and in-residence seminars delivered in a traditional classroom format. All three formats are available from NASBA approved providers.

    Good luck.

That's right, my IMA Buddy @Alan Fletcher has got it right!

CPA_Academy is a great resource, not just for free #CPE, but for a diverse set of niche topics — want to learn about legal, contracts, R&D, tax specialty topics . . . many many courses.

But I only use them if I need to learn a specialty topic, otherwise like @David Belnap said Home | IMA offers more than enough, way more than enough.

AND, and, and . . . if you get involved with SIGs (see my message below) you can obtain all the CPE you want in one place spread out conveniently over the course of the year, or whenever you want.

(Few providers offer FREE #ethics CPE, but we do, and its good quality topics with A-list presenters — industry leaders).

Many of us who volunteer w IMA across different levels Board/Committees/SIGs have so much CPE that we can go on eBay and sell it LOL/JK (cant sell them, I am being silly. But this year I have overdosed on CPE, that's a fact.)

    Ryan,

I have been a CMA since 2012. During all the years, I have yet to pay for a single CPE package. IMA provides enough CPE opportunities for me to fulfill my requirements each year. Of course, you need to stay on top of it and actually do the webinars throughout the year.

I 2nd @David Belnap's opinion, it is super easy to catch so many FREE webinars just by staying on top of these communities — the Special Interest Groups (technology, small business, diversity, people, nonprofit, ethics, so on . . . )

The groups advertise when CPEs come on. Many presentations are really good and interesting and offer collaboration not only with peers, but presenters, and local and international chapters — leading to great exposure and networking opportunities!

Its a Yey Yey Yey all around!

I urge ALL to go click around — (put the TikTok down LOL, just for a few and go do something social and good for your brain).

Not For Profit Shared Interest Group - Institute of Management Accountants

Technology Solutions & Practices Shared Interest Group - Institute of Management Accountants

People and Culture Shared Interest Group - Institute of Management Accountants

(There are more groups (investment banking anyone?!))

    Hi Ryan,

Some audit firms also provide CPE webinars. You can find in their websites or find all audit CPE webinars at Free Live CPE Calendar.
