Aside from the regular webinar postings in the website, are there other sources of CPEs to complete the required 30 units (free or with fee)?

Also, when will be the next renewal? What will be the requirements?

Hi,

There are lot of paid CPE providers like Becker, Surgent, CMA exam academy, etc. Am not aware about any free providers

Some of the large firms host webcasts with CPE from time to time. One example is EY: EY webcasts | EY - Global (make sure to check "Full details" on which of the webcasts offer CPE as not all do).

You can also check the handbook and/or IMA website for others that qualify for CPE. A formal post-graduate university course is an example of these last time I checked, but these can change so you should check the latest guidelines directly.

As for next renewal, check your IMA account on when yours is due. Default is every June or July if not mistaken, but you may have a different schedule. Requirements are mainly the annual membership fee and required CPE credits. You can check your handbook and/or the IMA guidelines for more details.

There are lots of CPE options available on the IMA website -- some paid, some free. You can even read articles from the Strategic Finance magazine online and then take a quiz to earn CPE from that. Also, if you have a local chapter, you will usually earn CPEs for attending their meetings and events.
