Hi Ellen,
For courses or webinars you complete through the IMA Learning Platform, the CPE credits are automatically added to your transcript and recorded with the grade "Pass."
For external courses or CPE webinars (outside of IMA), the grade field on your transcript will remain blank, but the CPE credits still count toward your total.
In the previous version of the dashboard, there was a circular indicator showing your annual completion percentage. Since IMA is transitioning to a new version, I can no longer see this feature, and I hope they will bring it back soon.
Please also note that you should keep all materials and certificates of completion for any non-IMA courses or webinars, in case IMA selects your record for an audit.

Hello,
Is it okay to manually add the courses finished in the old portal as "Add New Transcript" or should I just wait for the IMA to reflect the CPE earned? Some of my transcripts have "pass" in the grade and others don't have. I just want to make sure that I get everything right.
