Hi siddharth, i failed in last window (May-Jun) by 20 marks, so I am planning to give attempt in September October window, however, IMA has provided the coupon code but its not working for me any reason why ? If you have any coupon code then could you provide me with one ?

You should mail to ima they will surely solve the problem. My friends have the same issue few days back after that they mailed to ima customer support team and the isssue gets solved , their coupon are working now for them. And please note that your coupon have a expiry date so make sure to use that coupon before expiry date.
