Hello,

My name is K. Prasana Venkatesh, and I am a US CMA candidate. I have successfully cleared CMA Part 2 and appeared for the CMA Part 1 examination on June 24, 2026. My IMA student membership is set to expire on July 31, 2026.

I would like to clarify whether I need to renew my IMA membership until I complete the required two years of professional work experience to obtain the CMA certification, or whether I am required to maintain an active IMA membership throughout my career as a CMA professional.
