My surname is wrong in ima registration portal i have already sent a mail to ima for changing it and waiting for they're response but the dates for my exam slot are filling up in prometric can i register for my exam dates now itself ? But i have not yet received a confirmation for correction of my name , if i register now will it reflect correctly later in my authorisation letter . Can someone pls clarify or should i wait till I revive the confirmation mail and register my dates

I suggest you wait, when you send a mail asking for change in name, please attach the government ID or your graduation certificate which is carrying the correct name, this will make things faster and your profile name will reflect the same as per your official government document. Its mentioned on the IMA portal that to make sure your name matches with exam ID else will face issue at prometric centre
