    Hi All,

I have a question for everyone regarding the Part2 test screen resolution . I took my test on June 20th. The letters on the screen were so thin that I could not read them properly. I reached out to the exam coordinator and she told me that it's not their computer but CMA test itself appears to be an issue. So I had to squint my eyes really bad to read the questions which added up to 60% of my time. Due to this I was not able to give sufficient time to solving my questions as most of time was spent on struggling with being able to read questions and options only. It was so bad that I ended up getting headache after the test that lasted for almost a week.

Did anyone else had a similar experience? I don't want to face same issue again. I worked really hard to prepare for my exam and was super confident. But the super bad quality of exam experience itself ruined it for me. Can someone share if the test screen has proper size and resolution of letters just like how it is in Gliem prep material?

I honestly am super disappointed with the test center not been able to solve a technical issue for me and me ending up wasting my money and time.

    Thank

    Nidhi

yes you are totally correct for the quality of the test screen ,the same issue happened with me here in cairo test center and the test center also not able to solve the issue , really i wasted  my time to focus on reading the words and numbers on questions and my eyes was very tired .
i hope that IMA solve this issue for next windows

    thanks

Hello. I trust that you submitted your concerns in the survey that immediately followed your exam. IMA can use this as an opportunity to review and verify your challenges and modify if and where necessary.

    Hi Shaneiker,

I mentioned my issue in the survey immediately followed by the exam. I am so nervous to schedule next exam now. I fear it might happen again and I will end up losing my money and wasting my time. I am seriously feeling so helpless as I cannot trust the exam centers any more with this poor quality of Exam Experience. Totally disappointing and unacceptable. It is like kinda losing confidence in the Exam process itself.

    Hi Nidhi,
You have taken the right approach by sharing your concerns in the survey. Morgan assured you that IMA is looking into the matter.
On another note, do not allow one (1) technical glitch to cause you to give up on your dreams and hope of becoming certified in managerial accounting. If you are uncomfortable with sitting the exam at the same testing center, you can opt to do it at another center. Whatever you do, don't quit.
