Did you follow these instructions? They changed how to upload it, so hopefully this will help.
Add CPE certificates from other providers to my transcript
Step 1:
Visit www.imaglobal.org and sign in
Step 2:
Expand the green "My Courses and Recent Activity" bar then navigate to "Certificates"
Step 3:
Click "Upload third-party certificate"
Step 4:
Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your certificate. Provide the name of the provider, course or event title, date earned, and CPE value. Hit Submit.
You have now successfully added your CPE certificate to your transcript! IMA will periodically audit these submissions for accuracy and validity and will reach out with any questions.
