Hello

I have done a lot of CPE through a 3rd party and have submitted them through the old platform.  When I just recently logged on, I saw the titles of the CPE courses I've taken, but not the credits that were awarded.  Does anyone know what I have to do to make sure the credits I received are recorded?

Hi Tom

I see the credits, thank you!  But now, the one CPE class that had an Ethics Credit is not being counted towards the Ethics requirement.

About a week and a half ago, I logged on to My IMA and saw none of my external (other providers than IMA) credits were listed so I manually listed the ones for this year.  Last Friday, I checked and the external credits were doubled, they were listed as external and IMA credits both.  The ethics course showed as ethics where I manually entered it but not where IMA later listed as an IMA credit even though it was an external credit.  I emailed IMA about the problem Friday because I thought it would be better that I not try to enter anything manually.  Still not heard back from IMA and still not seen a correction.   Think it's been problems in re-designing website.
