Over the years, I've learned something simple but powerful: You get out of this community what you invest into it. Show up with humility, curiosity, and patience - and the community/we will meet you with opportunity, recognition, and growth. Applicable most everywhere in life ๐ค
We are a global network of unique minds. Leverage that. In many cases it would be otherwise hard to connect with members of the board or with other influential folks - LinkedIn is impersonal, cold messaging doesn't work well with leaders. Use the IMA platform to your full advantage.
