Your feedback drives real change. Based on what you've shared in previous surveys, we've made some exciting improvements over the past year, including:
· Increased volunteer opportunities for members to engage with new Shared Interest Groups and new flexible volunteer roles with local communities.
· A new chapter portal arriving very soon with a significantly enhanced user experience, including streamlined tools for uploading event data.
· A quarterly recognition program highlighting the fantastic activities our chapters are leading throughout the year.
· The launch of Member Appreciation Week to help engage more members with their local chapter and celebrate the volunteers and members within our community.
