I came across this article published in February 2010 Strategic Finance by Jason Porter and Teresa Stephenson, CMA. I really enjoyed it and want to upgrade my simple excel workbook master budget so I e-mailed both professors (as stated in article note A copy of the example spreadsheet including all formulas is available from either author) and unfortunately both e-mail addresses are no longer in service (probably not with same Universities ten years later...
If anyone has this or if either Professor is reading this, I would very much like a copy of your excel workbook used in your article from 11 years ago.
