Hi All,
Many of you have heard me discuss Innovation as part of IMA's broad strategic goal to create sustainable growth for IMA/CMA in terms of respect, influence and size. Recall that one of our five Core Values in part reads "We believe innovation and a spirit of continuous improvement are engines that keep us relevant, vital and growing. Our culture embraces creativity and seeks different perspectives".
As part of its approved budget and long range strategic plan, IMA's global board of directors has made a serious commitment to the innovation journey in terms of training, education and financial support. Our innovation credo, sourced from a famous innovator, is "don't let what you know limit what you can imagine".
As IMA better defines and accelerates its innovation process, now is the time to seek your input not so much on specific value-enhancing ideas, but on the innovation process itself based on your experience - for example, process to source ideas? process to evaluate and screen ideas, remembering that prototyping often involves experimenting and "failing? useful resources? etc.
Thanks,
Jeff
